Tingting Lyu holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Soochow University and a master’s degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law. Before entering legal practice, she worked in the securities and investment fund sectors, gaining familiarity with financial markets and business operations.

Ms. Lyu focuses on civil and commercial matters, including corporate governance, compliance and risk management, contract disputes, and matrimonial and family matters. Drawing on her combined background in finance and law, she advises corporate clients on risk prevention, dispute resolution and compliance enhancement. In matrimonial and family matters involving asset protection and wealth planning, she considers both legal and financial dimensions when developing solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
