Ying Jiang holds an LL.B. from Jiangsu University and serves as a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Committee of the Taizhou Lawyers Association. Since beginning legal practice in September 2015, she has handled a broad range of complex civil, criminal and administrative proceedings. Her practice now focuses on corporate governance, commercial dispute resolution, and online intellectual property protection and enforcement.

Ms. Jiang handled a first-of-its-kind trademark infringement case involving a Douyin influencer who promoted and sold products for a merchant through the platform’s Selected Alliance affiliate program. The case was selected by the Foshan Intermediate People’s Court as a representative intellectual property case, providing guidance for similar disputes and helping promote fair competition in the livestreaming sector.

Ms. Jiang also advises companies on legal issues arising from their day-to-day operations and assists them in establishing and strengthening legal risk-management systems to identify, prevent and resolve risks at an early stage.
