Xiaoli Yuan holds an LL.B. from Changzhou University. Her practice focuses on commercial dispute resolution, intellectual property, and investment and corporate governance matters. Ms. Yuan has acted in a range of commercial disputes arising from financing and investment transactions, sale and purchase agreements and construction projects. She has also handled contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters involving trademarks, trade names and related rights.
