Mingjie Zhang graduated from Shanghai University of Political Science and Law with a degree in International Economic Law. He is a member of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang and holds the PRC intermediate professional title of Level III Lawyer. He served as a member of the 11th Labor and Social Security Practice Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association and holds the Association’s professional accreditation in labor law.

Mr. Zhang is also a listed estate administrator with the Shanghai New Hongqiao Notary Public Office and the Shanghai Zhangjiang Notary Public Office, and an expert mentor with the Shanghai Enterprise Development Service Expert Volunteer Group.

His practice focuses on labor and employment disputes, corporate employment and HR compliance, matrimonial and family disputes, and commercial disputes. He advises clients across a broad range of industries, including banking, healthcare, automotive, investment and finance, internet, cross-border e-commerce and advanced materials.

With more than a decade of practice, Mr. Zhang has handled hundreds of litigation matters and serves as outside general counsel to a number of companies, providing ongoing advice and representation on employment, family and commercial matters.
