Atty. Chen holds an LL.M. in Corporate/Commercial Law from the University of Sheffield, UK. He serves as a member of the Bankruptcy and Distressed Assets Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association and as the Deputy Director of the Bankruptcy Settlement Research Committee of the Shanghai Association of Bankruptcy Administrators. He is also a part-time Master's Supervisor at Shanghai International Studies University.

Focusing on Corporate Law, Bankruptcy Law, and Foreign-Related Legal Affairs, Atty. Chen has extensive experience in both litigation and non-litigation matters. He has handled a wide variety of bankruptcy and compulsory liquidation cases, advised numerous state-owned enterprises on projects including equity acquisitions, mergers, and corporate restructuring, and participated in the registration and filing processes for private fund managers, helping many obtain their licenses from the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC).
