Zhensheng Wang passed China’s National Judicial Examination in 2010 and has practiced law since 2012. In 2022, he was awarded the professional title of Level III Lawyer, an intermediate-level designation under China’s professional title system. He also serves on the Criminal Law Committee of the Zhengzhou Lawyers Association.
Mr. Wang has extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, with a focus on commercial disputes, criminal defense, matrimonial and family matters, and corporate advisory work. He assesses each matter in light of the client’s practical interests and broader objectives, developing focused and workable strategies.

Selected Matters
- Acted as external counsel to Henan Huijin Group, advising on contract review, employee training and contract litigation.
- Served on the Henan external counsel team of Home Credit Consumer Finance Co., Ltd., now Tianjin Jingdong Consumer Finance Co., Ltd., and handled a substantial portfolio of small-value consumer lending litigation.
- Acted as external counsel to Taiping General Insurance Company Limited, Henan Branch, in nearly 100 insurance claims proceedings across Henan.
- Successfully represented two defendants in a commercial dispute brought by an individual and a trading company (Case No. (2021) Yu 0191 Min Chu 3656). Commenced in 2014, the dispute ultimately involved ten proceedings across the first-instance, appellate, retrial and remand stages.
- Successfully applied for the Xinzheng People’s Court to initiate trial supervision proceedings in a dispute concerning the removal of interference, resulting in the setting aside of Civil Mediation Statement (2011) Xin Min Chu Zi No. 1710.
- Defended a client accused of intentional injury on appeal. The appellate court found that the facts had not been clearly established and that the evidence was insufficient, and remanded the case for retrial.
- Submitted legal arguments on behalf of a client initially charged with endangering public security by dangerous means, following which the procuratorate changed the charge to picking quarrels and provoking trouble.
- Defended a client accused of organizing cheating in examinations, resulting in a sentence of two months’ criminal detention, suspended for two months.
- Represented a client accused of intentional destruction of property throughout the investigation, prosecution and trial stages. The client was granted bail pending trial following the hearing, and the final custodial term was equivalent to the period already spent in detention.
- Defended a client in a gang-related case involving allegations of picking quarrels and provoking trouble, successfully contesting the number of incidents attributed to the client and the characterization of the client as a ringleader.
