Hangyu Wu holds a master’s degree in law and focuses on commercial dispute resolution, particularly civil and commercial litigation. He has worked on several complex, high-value commercial litigation matters involving amounts in dispute exceeding RMB 100 million. His experience encompasses contractual disputes, tort claims, corporate governance disputes and other civil and commercial matters.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Wu spent five years handling legal, compliance and training matters at a leading financial institution. This in-house experience has given him a strong understanding of risk management and enhanced his ability to communicate and negotiate effectively. A quarter-finalist in an international Chinese-language debating competition, he brings incisive analysis and persuasive courtroom advocacy to his work.
